Cancellation Policy
Please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule appointment. If you do NOT cancel within 24 hours, your card will be charged 50% of the service amount.
NO-SHOWS will result in being blocked from any future bookings.
LATE POLICY:
If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added. Arriving 15 minutes or more late will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment and loss of your deposit
